Service 03 — Videography Coverage

Videography Coverage.

Content creation, editing and social media management for sports businesses. Draw & Fade shoots on site at your facility, cuts the footage for every platform and runs the accounts, so people see what happens inside your building and book their spot in it.

01 — What’s Covered

Shoot It. Edit It. Post It.

Videography Coverage is one service with three core parts: content creation, editing and social media management. Take all of it or only the parts you need.

Content Creation

On-site shoot days at your facility: lessons, league nights, open play, events, staff and the space itself. We plan the shot list so one visit produces weeks of content.

Editing

Short-form vertical video cut for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook, with captions, hooks, graphics and your branding.

Social Media Management

Content calendar, posting, captions and community management across your accounts, so the feed stays active without pulling staff off the floor.

Event & Tournament Coverage

Tournaments, league finals, camps, clinics and grand openings, with highlights turned around while people are still talking about them.

Promo & Ad Creative

Membership pushes, league sign-ups, camp promos and sponsor spots, built to run as organic posts or as paid ads.

Reporting & Planning

What got watched, what got shared and what we shoot next. Reported plainly, every month.
02 — Who It’s For

Perfect For Sports Businesses

If people pay to play, train or compete at your place, video is the fastest way to show them what that looks like. These are the businesses it fits best.

Golf Simulators

Bay bookings, league nights, lessons and the food-and-drink side, filmed to fill tee times in the off-season and on slow weeknights.

Baseball Facilities

Cage sessions, hitting and pitching lessons, camps and team rentals. Training clips that parents and players share.

Adult Recreation

Kickball, dodgeball, soccer, basketball and more. League-night highlights that players tag, repost and bring friends back for.

Pickleball Facilities

Open play, leagues, clinics, tournaments and membership pushes, plus a look at the courts for people who haven’t been in yet.

06 — Getting Started

Busy Floor, Quiet Feed?

Why It Works
Show What Happens Inside

Most sports businesses are busy on the floor and quiet online. Regular video fixes that. People see the leagues, the lessons and the atmosphere before they ever walk in.

  • New customers see the experience first
  • Members and players share the clips they’re in
  • Leagues, camps and events get promoted on a schedule
  • Sponsors get content that shows their placement

07 — Questions

Videography Coverage FAQ

What is Videography Coverage?
Videography Coverage is Draw & Fade’s content service for sports businesses. We shoot video on site at your facility, edit it for each social platform and manage the accounts it gets posted to. It covers content creation, editing and social media management.
What kinds of sports businesses is it for?
Golf simulators, baseball facilities, pickleball facilities and adult recreation leagues are the best fit. It also works for indoor sports complexes, training academies, batting cages, youth sports clubs, camps, clinics and tournaments.
Do you only film, or do you post the content too?
Both. You can take content creation and editing on their own and post the clips yourself, or add social media management and we handle the calendar, captions, posting and community management.
Which platforms do you edit for?
Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts and Facebook. Each clip is cut vertical, captioned and sized for the platform it’s going on.
Do you cover one-time events or only ongoing work?
Both. We cover single events like tournaments, league finals, camps and grand openings, and we run ongoing coverage with regular shoot days for facilities that want a steady feed.
Where do you shoot?
Draw & Fade is based in Rochester, New York, and shoots on site across Western New York. For facilities and events in other markets, send us the details and we’ll tell you what we can cover.
How much does Videography Coverage cost?
Pricing depends on the number of shoot days, how many edits you need and whether we manage your social accounts. We quote each business individually.
